Bio

Dr. Sedat Gündoğdu received his Ph.D. from Faculty of Fisheries at Çukurova University. In his doctoral study, Dr. Gundogdu focused on the application of Bayes Theory in fisheries sciences . Dr. Gundogdu, during his period of doctoral research, joined the Fisheries Environmental Management group at the University of Helsinki in Helsinki, Finland, and he focused there on investigating the estimation of population dynamics parameters of fish population with Bayesian Inference. He is co-author of 11 manuscripts in SCI, SCI-E and ESCI journals, and has 10 manuscripts in other indexed scientific journals. He currently serves as a referee in several journals covered by the SCI and SCI-E. His studies mainly fall into the field of Marine Pollution, Microplastics, Fisheries ecology.
