Farklı oranda soya içeren yemlerin Sivriburun Karagöz (Diplodus puntazzo Cetti 1777) juvenillerinde büyümeleri üzerine etkisi.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 6.73 gram ortalama canlı ağırlığa sahip sivriburun karagöz (Diplodus puntazzo) yavrularının yemlerinde farklı oranlarda soya küspesi ununun balık unu yerine kullanımı araştırılmıştır. 12 haftalık besleme denemesinin sonunda, %0, 25, 50 ve 75 oranlarında azaltılan balık unu yerine, aynı oranlarda attırılarak kullanılan soya küspesi içeren yemlerle beslenen balıkların ortalama canlı ağırlıkları sırası ile 35.57, 33.81, 29.87, 24.62 g. olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuçta, balık ununun sivriburun balıklarının beslenmesinde yine birinci derece ham protein kaynağı olduğu; bununla birlikte balık unu yerine %25 oranında soya küspesi kullanımının balıkların canlı ağırlık gelişiminde belirgin bir farklılığa neden olmadığı tespit edilmiştir
