Seasonal variation of Algal flora and Environmental conditions of Karagöl (A Mountain Lake, İzmir-

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Karagöl’ün alg florasının araştırılması ve alglerin mevsimlere göre değişimlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ağustos 2002-Temmuz 2003 ayları arasında, aylık periyotlarla alg ve su örnekleri alınmıştır. Araştırma sonunda, Cyanophyta (18 takson), Chromophyta (46 takson), Chlorophyta (20 takson), Dinophyta (1 takson), Cryptophyta (1 takson) ve Euglenophyta (2 takson) bölümlerinden toplam 88 alg taksonu tayin edilmiştir. Alg taksonlarından 30’u Karagöl için yeni kayıttır. Karagöl’de ölçülen çevresel parametrelerin ayrıntıları metin içinde verilmiştir. Aylık ortalama TDİ değerleri ise 40-59 arasında saptanmıştır. Tespit edilen çevresel parametreler ve biyolojik bulgular Karagöl’ün ötrof nitelikte olduğunu göstermektedir
