Seyhan Baraj Gölü’ndeki Aynalı Sazan (Cyprinus carpio L., 1758) ve Sudak (Stizostedion lucioperca L.,1758)’larda Fe, Zn, Cd Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi

Year 2003, Volume: 20 Issue: 1, 69 - 74, 01.03.2003

Abstract

Investigation of Fe, Zn and Cd in Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carpio L., 1758) and Pike Pearch (Stizostedion lucioperca L., 1758) from Seyhan Dam Lake

Year 2003, Volume: 20 Issue: 1, 69 - 74, 01.03.2003

Abstract

In this study, the accumulation levels of Fe, Zn and Cd in the edible parts of Mirror Carp and Pike Pearch from Seyhan Dam Lake were determined. The samples, collected monthly in 1998 and were analyzed by AAS techniques. The levels of heavy metals were detected as Fe>Zn>Cd. The accumulation levels of the metals varied as follows; in Mirror Carp, Fe 1.93±0.36µgg-1, Zn 0.84±0.57µgg-1 and Cd 0.46±0.10µgg-1; in Pike Pearch, Fe 1.85±0.20µgg-1, Zn 0.54±0.22µgg-1 and Cd 0.49±0.09µgg-1 (wet weight).
