Mis Ahtapot (Eledone moschata Lamarck, 1799)'ta (Cephalopoda: Octopoda) Yapay Yuva Kullanımı.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, mis ahtapotta (Eledone moschata Lamarck, 1799), PVC tüplerin yuva olarak kullanılması ve yuva çapı ile rengin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Denemeler 13.6±1.5°C sıcaklıkta, ‰37 tuzlulukta ve doğal fotoperiyotta yapılmıştır. Doğadan yakalanan toplam 7 adet mis ahtapot deneme tankına konulmuştur ve 48 saat süre ile ortama adapte edilmiştir. İkinci 48 saat, tanka, birey sayısı kadar, 63 mm ve 90 mm çapa sahip, 150 mm uzunlukta açık gri PVC tüpler konulmuştur. Üçüncü 48 saat, ahtapot sayısı kadar, seçilen PVC tüp ebatında siyah PVC tüpler tank ortamına yerleştirilmiştir. E. moschata bireylerinin 90 mm çapındaki PVC tüpleri seçtiği, ancak renk ayırımı yapmadığı ve deneme süresi içinde %57 oranında yuvalandığı tespit edilmiştir
