Embriyogenesis Sürecinde Avrupa Kalamarı (Loligo vulgaris Lamarck, 1798)'nın Mürekkep Kesesi Gelişimi.
Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Akdeniz havzası için çok önemli ve ticari değeri yüksek olan Avrupa kalamarı (Loligo vulgaris Lam., 1798)’nın daha önceki çalışmalarda tanımlanmayan ve kafadanbacaklıların embriyonik gelişiminde belirleyici bir kriter olan mürekkep kesesi gelişimi incelenmiştir. L. vulgaris yumurtalarının embriyonik gelişiminde, mürekkep kesesinin ilk oluşumu, safha 25+/XIII-XIV (Arnold, 1965/Naef, 1928)’da görülmüştür. Safha 26/XIV’da mürekkep kesesi içi boş daire şeklinde net olarak görülmesine rağmen, mürekkep kesesi safha 27/XV’de mürekkeple dolmaya başlamıştır. Safha 28+/XVIII-XIX’da mürekkep kesesi %80-90 oranında mürekkeple dolmuş ve aktive olmuştur. Safha 30/XX’da yumurtadan çıkan yavru kalamarların aktif olarak mürekkep keselerini kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir
