Abstract

Bu çalışma içerisinde son yıllarda değeri giderek artan balık yetiştiriciliği içinde önemli bir konuma sahip balık yemi ve bunların yapımında kullanılan ana hammaddelerden biri olan balık yağı, yağın elde ediliş yöntemi, kimyasal, fiziksel ve biyolojik özellikleri ile oksidasyonu, oksidasyon basamakları ve besleyici özellikler gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Özellikle balık yemi üretimi yapan fabrikalar ile bu konu da çalışanlar için önemli bir kaynak olabilecek bu çalışma, konu hakkında genel bilgileri içermektedir
