In business firms taking part ın the sector of fisheries, the employees’ self actualization levels, a multivariate statistical approach
Abstract
The self actualization can be described as the means of needs to maximize the personal creativities in all situations depending on the potentials of those individuals. In this context, a survey has been prepared by adding sociodemographic questionnaire which is made up of 8 items to the self- actualization formed of 13 parameters in this study. The survey has been applied to the 112 employees of three business firm which took place in the sector of fish and sea products in the year of 2005 between May and October. In the first level descriptive statistics has been given, in the second level, the 13 items in parametric survey has been refined down in 5 factors by using Explanatory Factor Analysis and by using these 5 factors the difference among medium, big and bigger scaled managements has been researched with the Kruskal-Wallis H test towards self actualization.
