Bazı Deniz Alglerinin (Phaeophyta, Rhodophyta) Antifungal Aktiviteleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma.

Öz

Bu çalışmada, İzmir Körfezi’nin Foça ve Karaburun kıyılarından toplanan Phaeophyta ve Rhodophyta’ya ait 9 taksonun (Cystoceira barbata (Good and Woodw.) C.Ag., Cystoceira compressa (Esper) Gerloff et Nizamuddin, Halopteris scoparia (L.) Sauv., Dictyota dichotoma (Huds.) Lam., Dictyopteris membranaceae (Stackh.) Batters, Colpomenia sinuosa (Mert Ex Roth) Derb et Sol. İn Castagne, Acanthophora najadiformis (Delile) Papenfuss, Laurencia papillosa (Forssk.)Grev ve Hypnea musciformis (Wulfen) Lam.}in vitro antifungal aktivitelerinin saptanması için toluen-metanol (1:3) ekstreleri Candida albicans ATCC 10239, Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporium canis, Aspergillus fumigatus Fresenius, Penicillium funiculosum Thom, Trichoderma viride Pers ex Grey, Rhizopus arrhizus Fischer gibi 7 test mikrofungusuna karşı denenmiştir. Sonuç olarak denemeye alınan taksonlar arasında kayda değer bir antifungal aktiviteye rastlanamamıştır
