Tahtalı Baraj Gölü (İzmir)'nün Zooplankton Kompozisyonu.

Öz

İzmir’in içme suyu kaynakları arasında en önemlilerden biri olan Tahtalı Baraj Gölü’nün zooplankton kompozisyonunun belirlenmesi amacıyla, Mayıs 2006 ile Nisan 2007 tarihleri arasında aylık dönemlerle arazi çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Seçilen 3 istasyondan, 55 m göz açıklığına sahip plankton kepçesi kullanılarak horizontal ve vertikal olarak örnekler alınmıştır. Arazide plastik şişeler içinde, % 4’lük formol ile tespit edilen örnekler laboratuvarda stereomikroskop ve binoküler mikroskop kullanılarak tayin edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda Rotifera’dan 37, Cladocera’dan 20, Copepoda’dan 8 olmak üzere toplam 65 takson saptanmıştır
