İzmir Körfezi'nde Hamsi (Engraulis encrasicolus L., 1758)'nin Yaş ve Büyüme Özellikleri Üzerine Araştırmalar.

Öz

Bu araştırmada, Ocak 1997-Aralık 1997 tarihleri arasında İzmir Körfezi’nden gırgır tekneleriyle avlanan balıkçılardan temin edilen 1161 adet hamsi (Engraulis encrasicolus, L., 1758) bireyi incelenmiştir. Örneklerin çatal boyları 6.2-14.0 cm ile ağırlıkları 1.46-22.47 g arasında değişmiştir. Dişi:erkek oranı 1:0.33 ve maksimum yaş III olarak tespit edilmiştir. En fazla bireye I yaş grubunda rastlanmıştır. Tüm bireyler için boy ve ağırlığa göre von Bertalanffy büyüme denklemleri Lt=14.93(1-e-0.628(t-0.710)) Wt=26.17 (1-e-0.628(t-0.710))değerleri dişi bireylerde 0.449-0.839, erkek bireylerde ise 0.550-0.864 arasında tespit edilmiştir. olarak bulunmuştur. Boy-ağırlık ilişkisi denklemi W=0.0057*L3.130 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Kondisyon faktörü
