Çanakkale Boğazı'ndan Avlanan İskorpit Balığı (Scorpaena porcus Linnaeus, 1758)'nın Kan Glukoz Düzeyindeki Aylık Değişmeler.

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Temmuz 2000-Haziran 2001 tarihleri arasında Çanakkale Boğazı’ndan avlanan iskorpit balığı Scorpaena porcus (Linnaeus, 1758) türünün kan glukoz düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Populasyonun ortalama kan glukoz düzeyi 120,6±4,3200 mgdL-1 olarak saptanmıştır. Aylara göre en yüksek kan glukoz düzeyi 213,0±14,4100 mgdL-1 ile Mayıs ayında, en düşük ise 49,7±4,2000 mgdL-1 ile Aralık ayında gerçekleşmiştir. Aynı zamanda, üreme öncesi dönemde glukoz değeri istatistiki olarak önemli derecede artmıştır (p
