Yumurtalı Penaeid Karides (Marsupenaeus japonicus Bate, 1888 ve Penaeus semisulcatus de Hann, 1844) Anaçlarının İki Farklı Yöntem ile Canlı Nakli

Öz

Penaeid karides anaçlarının doğru ve uygun nakli, stresten uzak kaliteli anaç temini ve sağlıklı kuluçkahane postlarva üretiminde önemli bir faktördür. Bu çalışmada, yumurtalı Marsupenaeus japonicus ve Penaeus semisulcatus anaçlarının açık tanklarda 20 anaç/100 lt yoğunluğunda ve çift polietilen torbalarda strafor kutular (40x50x30 cm) içinde üç farklı (3, 4 ve 5 anaç/5 lt) stok yoğunluğunda 12 saatlik canlı nakilleri araştırılmıştır. Kuluçkahaneye alındıktan sonra, açık tank naklinde yaşama ve yumurtalarını absorbe edenlerin oranı M. japonicus için %90 ve %17 olurken bu oranlar P. semisulcatus için %75 ve %40 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Polietilen torbalarla yapılan nakilde her iki türde de stok yoğunluğu arttıkça çözünmüş oksijen konsantrasyonu ve pH düşmüştür. 3 ve 4 anaç/5 lt stok yoğunluklarında yaşama oranın %100 olarak kaydedilmesine ve yumurtalarını absorbe edenlerin oranlarının 5 anaç/5 lt stok yoğunluğundakilerden düşük olmasına rağmen tür içi ve türler arası yoğunluklarda yeterli (P < 0.05) fark bulunmamıştır

Live transport of gravid penaeid shrimp (Marsupenaeus japonicus Bate, 1888 and Penaeus semisulcatus de Hann, 1844) broodstock with two different methods.

Öz

 Correct and consistent transportation of Penaeid shrimp broodstock is an important factor to supply stress-free quality broodstock and for healthy hatchery postlarvae output. In this study, live transport of gravid Marsupenaeus japonicus and Penaeus semisulcatus broodstock were tested in open tank at a density of 20 broodstock/100 L and at three different stocking densities (3, 4, and 5 broodstock 5 L-1) in double polyethylene bags held in styrofoam boxes (40x50x30 cm) within 12 hours. After transportation in open tank system, the rate of survival and absorption of eggs for M. japonicus were 90% and 17%, while these figures for P. semisulcatus were 75% and 40%. As the stocking density increased, the dissolved oxygen concentration and pH decreased in both species in polyethylene bags transportation. Although survival rate was recorded as 100% and absorption of eggs rate was lower at densities 3 and 4 broodstock 5 L-1 in comparison with that of 5 broodstock 5 L-1. There was no significant (P < 0.05) difference between each density and two species.
