Yumurtalık (Adana) Koyu’ndaki Küçük Dilbalığı (Arnoglossus laterna Walbaum, 1792) Populasyonunda Büyüme, Ölüm Oranları ve Stoktan Yararlanma Düzeyinin Belirlenmesi

This study was carried out for the identification of the growth characteristics, mortality rates and the exploitation rate of the scaldfish (Arnoglossus laterna) stock from the Yumurtalık
Bight. von Bertalanffy growth constants for this species were L∞=15.60 cm, K=0.13year-1, t0=-1.54year and W∞=27.64gr, and it was estimated that the highest growth in length and weight for scaldfish were between the age groups Ist to IInd and Vth to VIth respectively. Also, it was estimated that total mortolity was Z=0.5319 and its components were M=0.3619 and F=0.1700. In addition to this, it was found that the exploitation rate on the scaldfish stock inhabited along the Yumurtalık Bight was not enough. 

Bu çalışma Yumurtalık Koyu’ndaki küçük dilbalıklarının (Arnoglossus laterna) büyüme özellikleri, ölüm oranları ve ilgili alandaki stokundan yararlanma düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. von Bertalanffy büyüme sabitlerinden L∞=15.60 cm, K=0.13yıl -1, t0=-1.54yıl ve W∞=27.64gr olduğu; boy ve ağırlıkça büyümenin sırasıyla en fazla I. ile II. ve V. ile VI. yaş grupları arasında gerçekleştiği; ayrıca toplam ölümün Z=0.5319, bileşenlerinin M=0.3619 ile F=0.1700 olduğu ve böylece Yumurtalık Koyu’ndaki küçük dilbalığı stokundan yeterince yararlanılamadığı bulunmuştur.
