Bazı Pelajik Ostrakodların İzmir Körfezindeki Dağılımları Üzerine İlk Gözlemler.

Öz

İzmir Körfezi pelajik ostrakodlarını ve dağılımlarını saptamak amacıyla 2005 Şubat ayında bu çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. 200 µm ağ göz açıklığı olan Unesco WP-2 zooplankton kepçesi kullanılarak 33 istasyonda vertikal örneklemeler yapılmıştır. İncelemeler sonucunda, Porroecia porrecta, Archiconchoecia striata ve Mikroconchoecia curta olmak üzere 3 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bu türler Türkiye suları için yeni kayıttır. Bu türlerin iç ve orta körfezde bulunmadığı belirlenmiştir
