A premiliminary research on size distribution and condition factor determination of roach (Rutilus rutilus
Abstract
Bu çalışma, Seyhan Baraj (Adana) Gölü’ndeki Kızılgöz (Rutilus rutilus L., 1758) populasyonunun büyüklük dağılımı ve kondisyon faktörünü araştırmak için Nisan 2004 ve Mart 2005 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Populasyonun I ile IV yaş grupları arasında dağılım gösterdikleri saptanmıştır. Populasyonun % 47.77’si dişi, %52.23’ü erkektir. En büyük bireyin ağırlık ve boyu 260.04 g ve 24 cm olarak bulunmuştur. Kızılgöz populasyonunun ortalama kondisyon faktörü 1.440 olarak saptanmıştır. Dişi ve erkek bireylerin kondisyon faktörleri arasındaki farklar önemsiz (P>0.05) bulunmuştur
