Kafes İşletmeciliğinde Orkinos (Thunnus thynnus L., 1758) Sağlığını Olumsuz Etkileyen Faktörler.

Abstract

1990’lı yılların ortalarından bu yana, Asya piyasalarındaki tüketime bağlı olarak, orkinos ticareti Akdeniz’de önemli bir artış göstermiştir. Orkinosların (Thunnus thynnus) ekonomik öneminin artması ve tüketiminin yükselmesi, orkinos kafes besiciliğinin gelişiminin önünü açmıştır. Bunun yanında işletmeler her an farklı boyutlarda taze olarak orkinos sağlayabilmektedir. Orkinos yetiştiriciliğindeki amaç besiye alınan balıkların etinin kısa sürede yağlandırılarak ağırlık artışının sağlanmasıdır. Orkinos besiciliği genel akuakültür yöntemlerine göre kendine özgü farklı özellikler taşımaktadır. Bu türün yetiştiriciliği üzerinde etkili en önemli faktörler: fiziko-kimyasal ve oseonolojik etkenler, toksikolojik faktörler ve pollusyon, beslemenin etkileri ve doğal düşmanlardır. Bu derlemede, orkinoslar ve orkinos kafes işletmeciliğinde olumsuz etkileri olan bu faktörler üzerinde durulmuştur
