Balık Yetiştiriciliği Açısından Anabolik Ajanlar ve İlaçların Etkileri ve Kalıntılarının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Hayvancılık sektöründe hedef verimliliktir. Verim artışı sağlamak için hayvanlarda anabolik ajan, mineral madde ve vitamin kullanımı giderek artmaktadır. Bu bileşiklerin kullanılmasındaki ana amaç; hayvanın metabolik sistemini etkileyerek yemden yararlanma oranının artırılması ve böylece birim hayvandan daha az yemle daha fazla et, süt ve yumurta üretmektir. Yetiştirme süresince hayvanların sağlıklı olması istenen bir durumdur. Bu nedenle hayvanların hastalıklardan korunması ve tedavisi amacıyla, ilaç kullanılmaktadır. Gerek anabolik ajan ve gerekse ilaç kullanımı pek çok problemi beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu problemlerden birisi de kalıntı problemidir. Kalıntıların, vücuttan atılma süresi, dozu, kullanımını sınırlandıran uyarılara uyulması sağlık açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu derlemede, çeşitli kaynaklardan yararlanılarak anabolik ajanlar ve ilaçların etkileri ve kalıntılarının değerlendirilmesi konusu balık yetiştiriciliği açısından ele alınarak incelenecektir
