Öz

Bu çalışmada, Ege Denizi kıyılarında saptanan altı örnekleme noktasında kahverengi alglerden Cystoseira sp. ve çevre koşulları ile ilgili daha fazla bilgi edinmek amacıyla denizsuyu örnekleri de toplanmıştır. Toplanan örneklerde Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Mn ve Fe konsantrasyonları ölçülmüştür. Ağır metal konsantrasyon sıralaması Cystoseira sp. için Pb
