Limnoporus rufoscutellatus (Latreille, 1807) Ağustos 2006’da Türkiye’nin Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi’ndeki bir dağ gölü olan Kuzeyaksu Gölü’nden iki erkek birey ilk kez kaydedilmiştir ve lokaliteye ait bazı ekolojik özellikler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir
