Abstract

Bu derlemede Omega-3 yağ asitlerinin insan diyetindeki önemi, günlük tavsiye edilen miktarları, çeşitli hastalıklara karşı koruyucu etkileri ve Omega-3 yağ asitleri üzerine yapılan son araştırmalarla çocuk beslenmesinde, dermotolojik problemlerde, akciğer hastalığı ve mide-bağırsak hastalıklardaki etkileri ele alınarak önemi vurgulanmış ve mevcut kaynaklar irdelenmiştir
