Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Kemer Baraj Gölü’nden Ocak 2006-Ağustos 2006 tarihleri arasında yakalanan Chondrostoma meandrense Elvira, 1987’nin et verimliliği ile çeşitli vücut organları arasındaki ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, iç organların ağırlığı/vücut ağırlığı % 15.63; baş ağırlığı/vücut ağırlığı % 11.81; yüzgeç ağırlığı/vücut ağırlığı %1.99 ve et verimliliği % 66.95 olarak bulunmuştur. Türün II-VI yaşları arasındaki et verimliliği sırasıyla % 65.43, % 67.59, % 67.14, % 68.32 ve % 69.62 olarak belirlenmiştir. Buna göre, yaş arttıkça et verimliliğinin de arttığı görülmektedir
