Abstract

Bu çalışmada Karacaören II Baraj Gölü’nün fizikokimyasal ve ağır metal oranları verilerek bu gölde yaşayan Sudak balığı (Sander lucioperca) solungaçlarının glikokonjugat özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Solungacın bütün bölgelerindeki mukus hücrelerinin asidik ve O-sülfat esterli glikokonjugatlara karşı güçlü reaksiyon gösterdiği belirlendi. Karboksilli ve nötral glikokonjugatların solungaçların sadece sekonder lamellerindeki mukus hücrelerinde gözlenmediği saptandı. Uygulanan kombine boyama yöntemleri sonucunda karışım halinde bulunan mukus hücrelerinin sayısının fazla olduğu saptandı
