Bakırın Clarias lazera (Valenciennes, 1840)'da Doku Glikojen ve Serum Glukoz Düzeyi Üzerine Etkileri.

Öz

Clarias lazera (Valenciennes, 1840) ile yapılan bu araştırmada, balıklar 7, 15 ve 30 gün sürelerle bakırın 0.1, 0.5 ve 1.0 ppm ortam derişimlerinin etkisinde bırakılarak, metalin karaciğer ve kas dokularındaki glikojen düzeyi ile serum glukoz düzeyi üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Doku glikojen düzeyinin belirlenmesinde Antron, serum glukoz düzeyinin belirlenmesinde ise O-Toluidin yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İncelenen bakır derişimlerinin, belirlenen sürelerde C. lazera’nın doku glikojen ve serum glukoz düzeylerini etkileyerek karbonhidrat metabolizmasında önemli değişimlere neden olduğu saptanmıştır
