Öz

Bu çalışmada, 1987-2012 yılları arasında orkinos gırgır av filosunda bulunan gemi sayısı, gemi boyları, gros tonajı, motor güçleri ve tüm bu özelliklerin yıllara göre değişimleri incelenmiştir. Balıkçı gemilerin ortalama gros tonajın yıllara göre değişimi incelendiğinde, gittikçe artan bir eğilim gözükmektedir. Balıkçı gemilerinin gros tonajı (GRT) ve tam boyu (LOA) ile gros tonajı (GRT) ve makine gücü (HP) arasında yüksek korelasyona sahip üssel bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır
