Sübye [Sepia officinalis (Linneaus, 1758)]'nin iç kabuk gelişimi.

Öz

Sepia officinalis’in önemli embriyonik gelişim kriterlerinden biri olan iç kabuk gelişimi 30 safhalık embriyonik gelişim sürecinde detaylı olarak yeniden tanımlanmıştır. Safha 24+(XIV)’da sübye kemiği oluşumu başlamıştır ve kalsiyum karbonattan oluşan kalkerli yapı görülebilmektedir. Safha 26(XV-XVI)’da sübye kemiğinde ilk bölme görülebilir, ancak henüz hava ile dolmamıştır. Safha 27(XVI-XVII)’de ilk bölme tam olarak oluşmuştur, jelatinimsi akışkan yerini hava kabarcıklarına bırakmıştır. Safha 30(XX)’da yumurtadan yeni çıkmış juvenil 7-8 arasında bölme içeren iç kabuğa sahiptir
