Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

  • The publication process for the journals are shaped in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics, the European Association of Science Editors and the National Information Standards Organization.
  • Our journal complies with the ‘Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing’.
  • Articles require to be previously not published anywhere else and not been sent to another journal for publication. Articles submitted to the journal are checked for plagiarism: similar articles exceeding the academic citation limit and articles not prepared in accordance with the publication rules will not be evaluated. Ethics committee approval is required for all studies, and certification of this consent will be essential for the publication of the articles.
  • Studies should have no financial conflict of interest at any stage including data collection experimentation, spelling and language arrangement, and cases of any commercial sponsorship should be reporte.
  • No payment is requested from the authors for their articles.
  • All articles will be finalized by the editor and editorial board within one to three months. However, this period may be prolonged due to uncontrollable delays.

  • Articles should not be plagiarized.
  • In cases where an ethical report is required, this should be declared.
  • If there is a copyright issue, it is the authors' responsibility to obtain permission.
  • All authors must declare that there is no conflict of interest and sign and upload the copyright notice text to the system.
  • The submitted article should not have been published simultaneously in another journal during the review process or even in a different language.
  • After the article reaches the journal, it is not possible to add or remove authors without the written permission of all authors, the order of the author cannot be changed.
  • If the content, form and quality is sufficient, research, case report and review articles go through a double-blind review process.
  • Although the evaluation period is 1 month on average, this period may be extended due to delays in the review process.
  • If the two reviewers views differ during the manuscript evaluation process, the decision is made by taking the opinion of the editor or a third reviewer.
