Messaoud is Associate Professor and Associate Head of School (Research), Chartered Structural Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers, and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He obtained a PhD in civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. He has over 30 years of teaching and research experience in a range of structural engineering problems. Messaoud is the author of over 150 papers and technical documents. He is member of editorial boards of a number of journals.

Manuel F. M. Costa hold a PhD degree in Science (Physics) from the University of Minho (Portugal) where he works since 1985 at its Physics Department teaching and performing applied research in optical metrology, image processing, thin films nanostructures and applications, solar energy, optometric instrumentation and science education and literacy. Presented nearly four hundred communications in international meetings and published around the same number of scientific papers, monographs and books. Editor or member of the editorial board of several scientific and educational international journals. Chairperson of twenty-three international conferences. He is President of the Ibero-American Optics Network, RIAO, for the term 2019-2022; President of the Hands-on Science Network, HSCI; President of the Portuguese Society for Optics and Photonics, SPOF; President of the Portuguese Territorial Committee of the International Commission for Optics, ICO, for three terms 2011-2020; Executive Committee member and Europe Regional Representative of the International Council of Associations for Science Education, ICASE; Deputy Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of the European Optical Society. He is a Fellow of European Optical Society since 2013.

Dr. Mohammad Arif Kamal did his Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) with Honors from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 2000, and secured Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) on a MHRD GATE Fellowship from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, in 2002 and Ph.D. in ‘Energy Responsiveness in Traditional Residential Buildings of Lucknow’ on MHRD Fellowship, from IIT, Roorkee in 2007. His major fields of interest are Environmental Design, Sustainable Architecture, Energy Efficiency in Buildings, Climate Responsive Architecture, Traditional Architecture, Islamic Architecture etc. Dr. Kamal is presently working as an Associate Professor at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He is Editorial Board Member of many International Journals and Conference related to the Field of Architecture and Construction Engineering. He is life time member of Council of Architecture, India and Associate member of Indian Institute of Architects, India. He is also panel member of many International Research Organizations and Professional Bodies.

Dr.Siyu Ren is an active researcher on applied economics at School of Economics, Nankai University, China. He is currently serving as an Editor in Frontiers in Energy Research Journal; Frontiers in public health. He is also a member of the editorial board of several journals. Currently, His main research interests include environmental policy, ecological economics, energy economics, climate change, world economy and empirical economics. So far, He has published around 40 peer-reviewed papers in SCI/SSCI-indexed journals like Environmental and Resource Economics (ABS/AJG 3), Energy Economics (ABS/AJG 3), Business Strategy and the Environment (ABS/AJG 3), Journal of Environmental Management (ABS/AJG 3), Energy Policy (ABS/AJG 2), Structural Change and Economic Dynamics (ABS/AJG 2), Resources Policy (ABS/AJG 2), Empirical Economics (ABS/AJG 2), Sustainable Production and Consumption (SSCI). At present, His H-index has reached 26 in Scopus. As a reviewer of exceed 30 journals (e.g. Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Structural Change and Economic Dynamics, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade), he has reviewed more than 100 papers on SCI/SSCI indexed journals.

Dr. Huachao Yang was in 2021 applointed as Assistant Professor at Zhejiang University. He is now working at the College of Energy Engineering and State Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization. He received his Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 2018. He was a postdoctoral research associate at Zhejiang University from 2018 to 2021. His research interests include nanoscale heat and mass transfer, multiscale simulation (density functional theory and molecular dynamics simulation) and two-dimensional nanomaterials for energy storage and thermal management applications.
