Sakaryabaşı Batı Göleti'nde (Türkiye) Sedimentten Fosfor Salınımının Tahmini.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, sedimentin Sakaryabaşı Balık Üretim ve Araştırma İstasyonu’na su sağlayan Batı Göleti ötrofikasyonuna katkısının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Su ve sediment örnekleri, 2000 (Temmuz ve Ekim) ve 2001 (Ocak ve Nisan) yılında bir istasyondan alınmıştır. Litoral sedimentten gölet suyuna fosforun salınımı; sedimentin su içeriği, moleküler difüzyon katsayısı, tortusite ve sediment-su ara yüzeyi boyunca TFO (toplam filtre edilebilir ortofosfat) gradyanları kullanılarak tahmin edilmiştir. En yüksek fosfor salınım değeri, 2000 yılı ekim ayında 22 цg m-2gün-1, en düşük ise 2001 yılı ocak ayında 3 цg m-2gün-1 olarak tahmin edilmiştir. Sedimentten fosfor salınımının düşük kalmasını etkileyen faktörler gölette eş zamanlı yürütülen çalışma sonuçlarıyla tartışılmıştır
