Abstract
Trata örneklemeleri, 1998-1999 balıkçılık sezonu boyunca Urla yöresinde, Hekim Adası, Uzunada, Yassı Ada, Pırnallı Adası, Eşek Adası ve Arap Adaları civarında yürütülmüştür. Toplam 12 tarata teknesinden 88 ton.yıl-1 ürün hesaplanmıştır. Günlük karaya çıkarılan av 1 – 486 kg arasında değişmiştir. Iskarta oranı toplam avın %60’ı olarak bulunmuştur
