Ayvalık Tuzlası'ndaki (Balıkesir/Türkiye) Artemia parthenogenetica'nın Yağ Asitleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Ayvalık Tuzlası’ndaki (Balıkesir,Türkiye) Artemia parthenogenetica Instar-I nauplii yağ asiti içerikleri analiz edilmiştir. (10:0)’dan (24:1) kadar olan 28 yağ asidi tanımlanmıştır. A. parthenogenetica Instar-I nauplii’nin su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinde balık ve karides türlerinin beslenmesinde istenen yağ asitlerinden 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:3, 20:5, 22:0, 22:6 ve 24:1 içerdiği ve potansiyel bir canlı yem olarak kullanılabileceği saptanmıştır
