Embriyogenesis Sürecinde Loligo vulgaris (Lamarck, 1798)'in Huni (Sifon) Organı Gelişimi.

Abstract

Arnold (1965)’un gelişim şemasına göre, kafadanbacaklıların embriyonik gelişiminde belirleyici bir kriter olan huni (sifon) tüpü gelişimi, ticari değeri oldukça yüksek olan kalamar (Loligo vulgaris) için incelenmiştir. Denemede uzatma ağlarından toplanan 12 adet morula safhasındaki L. vulgaris yumurtası kapsülü kullanılmıştır. Yumurta kapsülleri, içinde havalandırma düzeneği bulunan (35 ml/dk), 1 litrelik üç adet plastik şeffaf kap içerisinde, 19.4±0.3°C sıcaklıkta, 37 ppt tuzlulukta, ve 12 saat aydınlık, 12 saat karanlık fotoperiyotta inkübe edilmiştir. L. vulgaris yumurtalarının embriyonik gelişiminde, huni tüpünün ilk oluşumu, safha 19’da görülmüştür. Safha 23’de huni organı kıvrımları önden arkaya doğru birleşmeye başlamıştır. Safha 24’de huni organı tamamen kapanmıştır, ancak organın ön ucunda yuvarlağımsı bir açıklık kalmıştır. Safha 25+’da, huni tüpü valfinin ilk oluşumu görülmüştür. Safha 26’da huni organı manto ile tam olarak örtülmüştür. Safha 27+’da huni tüpü valfi gözle görülür ölçüde belirginleşmiştir. Safha 30’da, yumurtadan çıkan yavru kalamarlar huni organlarını aktif olarak kullanmışlardır
