Kemer Baraj Gölü (Aydın) Net Fitoplankton Kompozisyonunun İncelenmesi.

Abstract

Kemer Baraj Gölü (Aydın)’nde gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, baraj gölünün daha önce incelenmemiş olan biyolojik ve fizikokimyasal özelliklerinin belirlenmesi, fitoplankton kompozisyonu ve mevsimsel değişiminin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Aralık 2004-Kasım 2005 arasında gölde belirlenen 4 ayrı istasyondan aylık olarak su ve fitoplankton örnekleri alınmıştır. Kemer Baraj Gölü’nde gerçekleştirilen çalışma sonucunda 33’ü Chlorophyta, 22’ si Bacillariophyta, 10’u Cyanophyta, 7’si Euglenophyta, 4’ü Dinophyta ve 1’i Chrysophyta bölümlerine ait olmak üzere toplam 77 fitoplankton taksonu tespit edilmiştir. Chlorophyta bölümüden Pediastrum simplex var. duodenarium çalışma boyunca dominant olan taksondur. Sonbahar aylarında fitoplankton takson sayısı ve yoğunluğunda belirgin bir artış gözlenmiştir. Özellikle Eylül ve Ekim aylarında Pediastrum simplex var. duodenarium aşırı derecede çoğalarak suyun yeşil bir renge bürünmesine neden olmuştur
