Some Biological Features of Danube Bleak, Alburnus chalcoides (Güldenstädt, 1772) Population in Çakırköy Brook (Yenice-Çanakkale).

Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to determine some biological features of Alburnus chalcoides (Güldenstädt, 1772) in Çakırköy Brook which is one of the branch of Gönen Stream. Female:male ratio of the population which was ranged from ages I-III was determined as 1:1.29. Population’s fork length ranged from 6.1 to 16.0 cm and total weight ranged from 2.50 to 54.60. Length-weight relationship equation for all individuals was calculated as W = 0.0118 L2.9964.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Gönen Çayı’nın bir kolu olan Çakırköy Deresi’ndeki Alburbus chalcoides (Güldenstädt, 1772) populasyonunun bazı biyolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. I-III yaşları arasında dağılım gösteren populasyonun dişi:erkek oranı 1:1.29 olarak belirlenmiştir. Populasyonun çatal boy değerleri 6.1-16.0 cm, ağırlık değerleri 2.50-54.60 g arasında değişmiştir. Tüm bireyler için boy-ağırlık ilişkisi denklemi W = 0.0118 L2..964 olarak hesaplanmıştır
