Kapıdağ Yarımadası Larval Chironomidae (Diptera) Türlerinin Tespitine Yönelik Bir Ön Çalışma.

Abstract

Kapıdağ Yarımadası’na 27-29 Ağustos 2010 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilen arazi çalışmasında durgun ve akarsulardan 30 farklı lokaliteden çamur örnekleri toplandı. Laboratuarda organizmalar binoküler mikroskop altında temizlendi. Daha sonra chironomid larvalarının teşhisleri gerçekleştirildi. Adada 4 altfamilyaya ait 55 tür saptandı. Bunlar içinde 26 tür Chironominae, 1 tür Prodiamesinae, 5 tür Orthocladiinae ve 23 tür Tanypodinae altfamilyalarına aittir. Türlerin tamamı Kapıdağ yarımadası için, Polypedilum laetum (Meigen, 1818) ve Larsia curticalcar (Kieffer, 1918) türleri ise Marmara Bölgesi için yeni kayıttır
