Eğirdir ve Kovada göllerini bağlayan Kovada kanalı ile göllerin kanala yakın bölümünde trofik durumun belirlenmesi.

Abstract

Temmuz 2010-Haziran 2011 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada Eğirdir Gölü’nden (kanalın göle bağlandığı bölge civarı) 3, Kovada Kanalı’ndan 3, Kovada Gölü’nden (kanalın göle döküldüğü bölge civarı) 3 tane olmak üzere toplam 9 istasyon seçilmiştir. Bu istasyonlardan aylık peryotlarla su örnekleri alınarak klorofil a ve toplam fosfor (TP) analizleri yapılmış, ayrıca seki diski derinliği ölçülmüştür. Çalışma alanının trofik statüsünün belirlenmesi için Carlson Trofik Durum İndeksi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre, Eğirdir Gölü’nün çalışılan bölgesi klorofil a açısından oligotrof, toplam fosfor ve seki diski derinliğine göre mezotrof; Kovada Kanalı TP miktarına göre hiperötrof, klorofil a miktarına göre mezotrof karakterdedir. Bununla birlikte, Kovada Gölü’ndeki üç istasyondan toplanan verilere göre, TP miktarı ve seki diski derinliğine göre ötrof, klorofil a miktarına göre mezotrof bir yapı sergilemiştir
