Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Ankara's Journal of Anatolia and Rumelia Studies adheres to the highest standards in publication ethics and is published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA) and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME). All submitted articles should not be original, unpublished and in the evaluation process in another journal. Each article is double-blinded by one of the editors and at least two referees. Plagiarism, duplication, fraudulent authorship / denied authorship, research / data fabrication, article slicing, slicing publication, copyright infringement and concealing conflict of interest are considered unethical behavior.

All articles that do not comply with the accepted ethical standards are removed from the publication. This includes articles that contain potential illegal, non-conformities detected after publication.
