Çanakkale Boğazı Kilya Koyundan Toplanan Farklı Boy Gruplarındaki Midyelerin (Mytilus galloprovincialis Lamarck, 1819) Et Verimleri.

Öz

Çanakkale Boğazına bağlı Kilya (Poyraz) Koyunda, farklı boy gruplarındaki midyelerin (30,40,50,60,70 mm) et verimleri Nisan 2002 – Mart 2003 tarihleri arasında takip edilmiştir. Bütün midye boy gruplarında, genellikle et veriminin en yüksek olduğu dönem Mayıs 2002 olmuştur. Ekim 2002 ve Kasım 2002’de ise en düşük seviyelere inmiştir. Midyelerin et verimleri ile klorofil-a miktarları arasında önemli bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p0.05). Bu bölgede; su sıcaklığının uygun olduğu ve klorofil-a miktarının en üst seviyelere çıktığı Mayıs – Temmuz arasında, et verimleri de üst seviyelere çıkmıştır. Midye hasatı açısından bu tarihlerin çok önemli olduğunu söyleyebiliriz
