Bazı Hematolojik ve İmmünolojik Parametreler Kullanılarak Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss)’ nda Oksitetrasiklinle İndüklenen Toksisiteye Karşı Polenin Koruyuculuğunun Araştırılması

Öz

Bu çalışmada, gökkuşağı alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss)’ nda oksitetrasikline karşı polenin koruyuculuğunun araştırılması amacıyla bazı hematolojik ve immünolojik parametreler kullanıldı. Balıklara 60 mg/kg balık dozunda oksitetrasiklin tek doz olarak enjekte edildi. Oksitetrasiklin enjekte edilen balıklara 30 ppm polen eş zamanlı olarak uygulandı. Deneme 96 saat sürdü ve bu sürenin sonunda balıklardan kan örnekleri alındı. Kan örneklerinde hematolojik (eritrosit sayısı, hemoglobin ve hematokrit düzeyleri) ve immünolojik (lökosit sayısı, oksidatif radikal üretimi (nitrobluetetrazolium-NBT aktivitesi), total protein ve total immünoglobulin düzeyleri) parametreler analiz edildi. Oksitetrasiklin enjekte edilen grubun hematolojik ve immünolojik değerleri kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak daha düşük bulundu. Oksitetrasiklinle eş zamanlı polen uygulanan grupta hematolojik ve immünolojik değerlerin yalnız oksitetrasiklin uygulanan gruba göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlendi.
