Meta –Topolinin Afrika Menekşesi(Saintpaulia İonanthac Wendl.)’ in İn Vitro Mikro Çoğaltımı ve Sürgün Gelişimi Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Afrika
menekşesi en çok tercih edilen  ve ticari
olarak çok değerli çiçekli  iç mekan süs
bitkileri içerisinde yer almaktadır.Afrika menekşesi (Saintpaulia İonanthac Wendl.)’ nin çelikle çoğaltımı kolay olmasına
rağmen çelik ile üretimde sınırlı sayıda yeni bitki oluşturmaktadır. Bu
çalışmada MS ortamına ilave edilmiş 
Meta-topolinin  Saintpaulia İonanthac Wendl.in  Sürgün gelişimi üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir.
MS ortamına 0.01mg·L-1IBA
ve 0,5mg·L-1Meta-topolin,
6-Benzilaminopurin (BA), Thidiazuron (TDZ) ve isopentenyladenine
(2-İP) hormonları ilave edilmiş ve sürgün
gelişimi incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda sürgün gelişimi bakımındaneksplant
başına 22,4 adet sürgün ile en çok sürgün 
Meta-topolin
de kaydedilirkenen düşük sürgün sayısı 9 adet  ile BA ilaveli ortamda elde edilmiştir. 0.5mg·L-1IBA
konsantrasyonunda köklendirmeye alınan mikro çoğaltılan sürgünlerin %100
köklenmiş ve köklenen mikro sürgünler dış ortama başarılı bir şekilde
aktarılmıştır.Dış ortama aktarılan mikro sürgünlerin %100 canlı kalmış ve
sağlıklı bir şekilde gelişmiştir.
