Tilki (Vulpes vulpes) Cervical Vertebrae'nın Morfometrik Özelliklerinin Üç Boyutlu Rekonstrüksiyon Kullanarak İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu
çalışmanın amacı, multidedektör bilgisayarlı tomografi (MDBT) görüntüleri
kullanarak üç boyutlu bilgisayar programı aracılığı ile elde edilen üç boyutlu
(3B) rekonstrüksiyonlara dayanarak tilki cervical vertebrae’nın morfometrik özelliklerinin
belirlenmesidir. Farklı zamanlarda trafik kazasında elde edilen toplam 6 erkek
tilki (Vulpes vulpes) kullanıldı. Yüzüstü
pozisyonda genel bir diagnostik MDBT kullanılarak cervical vertebrae’nın yüksek çözünürlüklü
görüntüleri elde edildi ve görüntüler 3B bir modelleme programı (Mimics) olan
bir bilgisayara aktarıldı.  Her bir
vertebrae’nın (atlas hariç) corpus vertebrae  uzunluğu, corpus vertebrae’nın transvers ve
sagital çapı, foramen vertebrae’nın transvers ve sagittal çapları, oluşturulan
3B modelden ölçüldü ve indeksler hesaplandı. Her
bir ölçüm değerlerinin ortalamaları hesaplandı. Corpus vertebrae uzunluğunun
C2'den C7'ye azaldığı, transvers çapının C2'den C4'e azaldığı, ancak C5'ten
C7'ye arttığı, sagittal çapı transvers çapın aksine C2'den C4'e artarken,
C5'ten C7'ye azaldığı, foramen vertebrae’nın
transvers ve sagital çapları C5'ten C7'ye arttığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışma tilki
cervical vertebrae üzerinde yapılan ilk 3B rekonstrüksiyondur ve
sonuçlar bu türün anatomi bilgisine katkıda bulunabilir. Ayrıca bu teknik,
diğer vahşi hayvanlara zarar vermeden anatomilerini anlamak için de
kullanılabilir.
