Akıllı ulaşım sistemleri(AUS) uygulamalarının sektörlere göre dağılımı

Abstract

Seyahat sürelerinin azaltılması, trafik güvenliğinin
arttırılması, mevcut yol kapasitelerinin optimum kullanımı, mobilitenin
arttırılması, enerji verimliliği sağlanarak ülke ekonomisine katkısı ve çevreye
verilen zararın azaltılması gibi amaçlar doğrultusunda geliştirilen
kullanıcı-araç-altyapı-yolcu arasında çok yönlü veri alışverişi ile, izleme,
ölçme, analiz ve kontrol içeren sistemler olarak tanımlanan Akıllı Ulaşım
Sistemleri (AUS) otomotiv sektöründen ulaştırma sektörüne, sağlıktan çevreye ve
haberleşmeden bilişim-yazılım sektörüne pek çok sektörü ilgilendiren ve bu
sektör ya da sektörlere katkı sağlayan yapısıyla disiplinler arası bir kavram
olarak karşımıza çıkar. Bu nedenle çalışmamızın giriş bölümünde AUS tanımı ve önemi
vurgulanmıştır. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde AUS tarihçesi ve literatür
detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmıştır. Çalışmamızın üçüncü bölümünde ise AUS
uygulamalarının sektörlere göre dağılımı ve analizi yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde
bazı sektörlere ait AUS uygulamalarının sağladığı faydalar Dünya ve Türkiye
örnekleri için verilerle açıklanmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde AUS uygulamalarının
ülkemizde yaygınlaşması için yapılması gereken stratejiler ve eylem planları
önerilmiştir.
