Sucul Organizmalarda Kurşunun (Pb) Biyobirikimi ve Toksisitesi

Abstract



ÖZET:
Endüstriyel
gelişim sırasında yan ürün olarak ortaya çıkan ağır metaller doğal sularda
önemli bir çevresel kirletici grubudur. Ağır metaller sucul ekosistemdeki
organizmaları doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak tehdit ederler ve bazen toplu
ölümlerine neden olurlar.  Ayrıca sucul
organizmalarda uzun yıllar birikirler ve besin zincirinde üst trofik seviyelere
taşınırlar. Ağır metaller organizmaya girdikleri zaman, o organizmanın üreme ve
büyüme fonksiyonlarına zarar verirler. Bu çalışmada, kurşunun sucul
organizmalar üzerinde meydana getirdiği toksik etkiler irdelenmiştir.
