Probiyotikler: Genel Özellikleri ve Güvenilirlikleri

Abstract

Bu derlemede hayvan ve insan sağlığında antibiyotiklere alternatif olarak kullanılmakta olan probiyotiklerin etkileri ve güvenilirlikleri ile beraber probiyotik olarak kullanılan mikroorganizmalar ve bu mikroorganizmalarda aranan özellikler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
