Ceratitis capitata Wied. (Diptera: Tephritidae)’nın altıntop bahçelerinde popülasyon dalgalanması ve sıcaklığın gelişimine etkisi

Abstract



Akdeniz meyve sineği, Ceratitis capitata Wied. (Diptera: Tephritidae) son 10
yılda altıntopun önemli bir zararlısı konumuna gelmiştir. Meyve pazarında
değişen tüketici davranışları sonucunda, satılamayan veya toplanmayan meyveler
her ilkbaharda C. capitata için
tercih edilen bir konukçu durumuna gelmektedir.. Bu sebepten dolayı, Marsh
seedless, Rio Red ve Star Ruby olmak üzere üç farklı altıntop bahçesinde
2013-2015 yıllarında Balcalı (Adana)’da zararlının popülasyon dalgalanması ile
laboratuvar koşullarında sıcaklığın gelişme süresine etkisi Rio Red çeşidi
üzerinde çalışılmıştır. En yüksek popülasyon seviyesi Marsh seedlees’ta Haziran
2013 ve Mayıs 2014’te (1174 ve 529 erkek/tuzakta), Rio Red çeşidinde Kasım
2014’te (168 erkek/tuzakta) ve Star Ruby’de Eylül 2014 tarihinde (4025
erkek/tuzakta) gözlemlenmiştir.
Ağaç üzerinde yıl boyu meyvesi kalan altıntop parsellerinin C. capitata popülasyonunu oldukça
arttırdığı saptanmıştır. C. capitata’nın
Rio Red altıntop çeşidi üzerinde
toplam
gelişme süresinin ise, çalışmanın yürütüldüğü
20-32°C arasındaki sıcaklıklarda 31.6 ile 15.2 gün arasında değiştiği ortaya
çıkarılmıştır.

Abstract



Mediterranean fruit
fly, Ceratitis capitata Wied.
(Diptera: Tephritidae),turned into important pest of grapefruit in the last
decade. As a result of changing consumer behavior in the fruit market, unsold
or unripen grapefruits become favored food source for C. capitata in every spring. Therefore, population fluctuations in
three different grapefruit orchards, Marsh seedless, Rio Red, and Star Ruby,
through 2013-2015 in Balcalı, Adana and effect of temperature on development
time from egg to adult stage in Rio Red variety at laboratory conditions was
investigated. The highest population peaks were observed on Marsh seedless in
June 2013 and in May 2014 (1174 and 529 males/trap);on Rio Red in November 2014
(168 males/trap) and o[1]n Star Ruby in September
2014 (4025 males/trap). It was determined that he grapefruit orchard which
remains fruit on trees throughout the year increases, the C. capitata population considerably. The total development time on Rio
Red grapefruit of C. capitate was 20,
24, 28, and 32°C ranged from 31.6 to 15.2 days
.
