Kadın Voleybol ve Tenis Oyuncularının Sürat, Yön Değiştirme Sürati ve Sıçrama Performanslarının Karşılaştırması

Abstract

Amaç: Kadın Voleybol ve Tenis oyuncularının sürat, yön değiştirme ve sıçrama performanslarının karşılaştırmasıdır. Yöntem: Araştırmaya yaş ortalamaları 15,79±0,76, boy uzunlukları 1,61 ±0,06 m, ağırlıkları 51,95 ±7,03 kg, BMI değerleri 19,92 ±2,54 kg/m2 ve spor yaşları 4,32 ±1,49 yıl olan toplam 34 (Voleybol n=17; Tenis n=17) gönüllü kadın sporcu katılmıştır. Çalışma 48 saat aralıkla 2 oturumdan oluşmuştur. İlk oturumda sporcuların antropometrik ölçümleri ve 30 m sürat ölçümleri alınmıştır. Araştırmanın İkinci oturumunda yön değiştirme ve dikey sıçrama ölçümleri alınmıştır. Sıçrama yüksekliğinden zirve anaerobik güç performansı hesaplanmıştır. Veri analizinde Independent Sample T test kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Gruplar arası karşılaştırmalarda 30 m sürat performansında fark bulunamamıştır (p>0,05). Yön değiştirme sürat performansında tenis oyuncuları lehine anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken (p<0.05), dikey sıçrama ve zirve anaerobik güç parametrelerinde voleybol oyuncuları lehine anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Sonuç: Voleybol ve Tenis oyuncularının sürat performansında fark olmadığı, Ayrıca yön değiştirme süratinde tenis oyuncularının voleybol oyuncularına göre daha iyi olduğu, sıçrama ve anaerobik güç performansında ise voleybol oyuncularının tenis oyuncularından daha iyi olduğu söylenebilir.
